We aim to promote the latest offerings in health trends and to provide the community and followers with our opinion of current health-related issues. We provide a large range of products and services together with our associated General practitioner, Dentist, Optometrist and Primary Health Care Clinic.

Our clinic offers injections, blood testing, HIV testing, tests for Hb (iron levels, and many other tests. We are an accredited Discovery Vitality partner and do the full spectrum of Discovery Vitality Tests. We offer wound dressing and wound management. Our clinic has a successful weight loss programme which addresses food and eating habits,  human behaviour and ultimately weight loss. We offer a detox programme to help remove toxin, drug or stress overload leading to a healthier lifestyle.

We offer brands to cater for the discerning customer and will not stock products that do have any evidence of efficacy and Pharmaceutical quality.

Staffing

We at Windermere Pharmacy and Health Centre are aligned, like-minded group of professionals, working together to help people get, feel and live better. Our staff take the time to offer personal care to each patient and to make a positive difference in their daily lives.

Our pharmacists are committed to open communication and the nurturing of relationships to the benefit of the individuals’ and the community’s health.

Our total staff complement of 10 staff members ensure the healthcare needs of our Community are met and patients and clients are provided with the specialized care and attention they deserve.

All our staff attend regular training sessions and programmes to keep up to date with the latest information pertaining to Pharmacy, medicines and healthcare.
Our pharmacist has a special interest in Integrative health and Preventative medicine. All staff members are trained to advise on preventative medicine options.

Our staff also participate in The Alpha Pharm Continuing education programme which is recognised by the South African Pharmacy Council.

Mr Shanil Singh is a trained and Qualified Primary Care Drug Therapy Pharmacist, with Permits from the Dept Of Health and the SA Pharmacy Council to practice as an authorised prescriber. Mr Singh consults and Prescribes medication over and above over the counter medication based on guidelines provided by the Dept Of Health Primary Health Care EDL list
