Browsing this website, or sending us a message, does not by itself create a pharmacist–patient relationship. That relationship starts when one of our pharmacists or practitioners consults with you.
2. Emergencies
This website and our WhatsApp line are not for emergencies. In an emergency call 10177 or 112, or go to your nearest hospital emergency unit. For urgent after-hours pharmacy help call 083 777 2756.
3. Prescriptions and medicines
- Scripts sent by WhatsApp or email are accepted subject to the Pharmacy Act, the Medicines and Related Substances Act and Pharmacy Council rules. Some medicines need the original script before they can be dispensed or delivered.
- All medicines are dispensed under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, who may use professional judgement to decline, change or refer a request in the interest of your health.
- Availability, prices and delivery times may change without notice.
- Medical aid cover depends on your scheme and plan. Please confirm cover with us or your scheme.
4. Health hub practitioners
Some health hub services are provided by practitioners who are independently registered with their own professional councils and are responsible for their own professional services. Please ask us if you would like their details.
5. Accuracy
