What this website collects
This website does not store your personal information. It has no customer accounts, and it does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
- Script requests: the "Send us your script" form runs only in your browser. It prepares an email or WhatsApp message that you choose to send to us. The details are not saved on this website.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: when you contact us this way, we receive the information you send, such as your name, number, medicines needed, delivery address and any photo of your script.
- Map and external links: the Google Map loads only if you press "Show map". Google Maps, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp are run by those services, which have their own privacy policies.
- Server logs: like all websites, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.
How we use your information
- To dispense your medicine, arrange collection or delivery, and contact you about your request.
- To book and provide consultations and health services you ask for.
- To submit claims to your medical aid where applicable.
- To meet our legal and professional obligations, including South African Pharmacy Council rules.
Health information is special personal information. We use it only to provide your care and as the law allows, and we keep it confidential.
Sharing
We share your information only where needed to care for you or as required by law, for example with your medical aid, a laboratory processing tests you asked for, a doctor we refer you to, or our delivery staff. We do not sell your information.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep records only for as long as the law and good practice require.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows, or object to how we use it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
